Kaylee does not shy away from challenges including one of the US Army’s toughest courses. Check out pass the torch podcast to learn more as Kaylee passes the torch of knowledge!
Kaylee’s Legacy Message:
You have only one life to live. Will you make the most of it? I ask myself this everyday.
Everyday strive to be better than you were the day prior. Life is a competition against yourself, not those to the left and right of you. If you constantly compare yourself to those to your left and right you’ll only be as good as them. You won’t get better by constantly comparing yourself to others.
In order to grow both personally and professionally seek out the hard jobs and new experiences. Maybe even experiences outside of your comfort zone. Be comfortable in the uncomfortable.
Remember we are all people. Regardless of race, gender, economic class, political affiliation, or rank we all have the same basic needs. Be a servant leader in all you do and I guarantee you will live a life that impacts many.
